Recipe: Campbell's Lemon Asparagus Chicken (using cream of asparagus soup)

CAMPBELL'S LEMON ASPARAGUS CHICKEN

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

Add (undiluted) soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Makes 4 servings
