I don't have a Dak either, but if you reduce the flour to 3 cups, and the liquids to about 2/3 of what has been specified, then I think you will be in business. I also use instant yeast (bulk), and I think with an egg, one teaspoon of yeast will suffice. Add the cheese, olives and s.d. tomatoes at the beep, if you have one, otherwise check how long the first mix cycle is, and add them things five minutes before the knead is up. Um, I think that covers it, reduce the other add-ins a bit, and you should be cookin', or bakin', as the case may be.
