Hey there Miss Gina!

Misc.
So nice to see your post! And to see you are keeping busy and out of trouble!

I have not posted much lately, either. Too busy canning and prerving all my goodies. This weekend I will be making cranberry vinegar, and I hope to set up at a craft fair in November to peddle my wares!

I have tried a bunch of new recipes, and I will definitely be posting them soon (not today, have to go to work soon). Up here, we have the new Rachael Ray daytime show, and while she does "fast" meals, I do "slow", so I have converted a recipe or two of hers for the slow cooker, and they turned out great. So I will be sharing them real soon.

Tonight for dinner is a frozen roasted veggie lasagna, which we can eat in peace, because the non-dairy member of the household is off to a sleepover. After work, DS Dave and I will make a pan of brownies to go into the oven with the lasagna, and a salad. Then sit down for some serious TV watching!

Take care and enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Up here, we finally have fall...the summer just kept a-comin', I was getting a bit bored with the nice weather! Finally, now it is cooler and rainier, I guess I have adapted to living out here on the "Wet Coast"!.

hugs,

Carolyn!
