Thank You: I'm Working on My Thanksgiving Menu

Misc.
I have no idea how long it's been, but it's been quite awhile! I have thought of you, though, every time I buy a can of Luck's Apples, which is pretty often! I've made many of your recipes over the past few years, and when there's a new recipe that is a hit, my husband often asks if it's one of Gina's!
I've been working on my Thanksgiving and Christmas menus for a week or so already. I've started looking through tons of cookbooks, and I've been checking out some new cookbooks at the library. We have a man who comes to work and sells books, and I just bought three new cookbooks from him as well. I don't even know who he is, we just call him The Book Man. I've found some good desserts, I think I should just have a dessert buffet and forget the rest of the meal. I seem to gravitate to the Cakes and Pies and Desserts sections of cookbooks.
Hopefully, I'll come up with a menu soon. I will be happy to post it when I know what I'm making. I'm trying a new version (new for me, anyway) of chocolate chip cookies this week and I'll let you know how they turn out. If they're good, I'll include them in my Christmas cookies.
Have a fun Halloween! I'll post soon!
Joanne
