Hi eggy,I'm wondering if you might have a recipe for a Korean Chicken dish called...here's the clincher...I can't remember how it was spelled,possibly Chicken "Gwee"(sp.?) or "Ghieu"?It was a lightly marinated & grilled chicken breast on a bed of soft"transparent" noodles with vegetables.We havent had this dish in probably 17 years.(Our favorite Korean restaurant closed down about then.)I would love to be able to try to attempt this wonderful dish.Thank you for any help you could give!
