...Doing a search on casseroles. There's a great sight called Casserole of the week by Bill Connell. It's quite good and gives some Casserole and Hotdish recipes that sound yummy. Joan's recipe for fresh condensed soup sounds good and goes in my "to keep" file. Good luck, Joel, and thanks for all the good recipes. Margie
