Thank You: Thank You!!!

Misc.

Joan--

I can't thank you enough... I don't know where your recipe came from... but I know that the condensed cream of ..." ...." has baffeled us all.. I made your soup substitution yesterday. I bought a dry milk product called "KLIM". I had to laugh... cause when I bought it ....It really seemed familiar... I just couldn't put my finger on why.... Then halfway through sautee-ing the portobella mushrooms I realized that "KLIM" spelled milk---- backward.... I just started laughing cause I felt REALLY stupid!!! Here I am at the stove...sautee-ing mushrooms... laughing like a lunatic!!... Thank you again...this is EXACTLY what I was looking for!!!

Some of the things I like most about this recipe is that I have control over what goes into the soup...( since I love LOTS of anything!!) and in the end it is more economical.... not to mention tastes GREAT!!! Even better than canned!

Again Joan I bow to you!!!
