Recipe(tried): Condensed soup subsitute

This equals one soup can of condensed cream soup.

First, you must determine the type of soup you want. Cut up that vegtable and saute in butter. I use a non-stick pan and very little fat, but it's really your choice.

Then mix the following in a jar and shake and add to your pan:
1 cup dry milk powder
1 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste.

Stir until it thickens. You can also use flavor bases (chicken, ham, beef) to add additional flavor. I usually add 1 tsp of a chicken flavored base. These can be found in the soup section of your grocery store or in a resturant supply store.

Hope this is what you are looking for. Add as much or as little vegtable as you want. If you like mushrooms, add a lot - it won't hurt.
