How to condense a mushroom...

Take whatever mushrooms you really really like, spread them out on a baking sheet and dry them out in a nice low oven. Then add these to 1/2 pint single cream and 1/2 pint white wine. leave to simmer until the mushrooms plump out again on again a very low heat. Very simple but very yummy soup.

Don't forget some bread to wipe out the soup bowl with!!

You don't really need salt but add the seasonings you like....nice and easy!
