Hi Michelle...

Misc.

My German grandmother often made a cake very similiar to your recipe. She
called it Butter Kuchen. It was always a special treat to go to visit her and
be served this delicious cake. Thanks for posting the recipe. Now I can
recreate a wonderful childhood memory.
