High Temp Roasting

Misc.

I agree whole-heartedly. I have Kafka's "Roasting" and I love it. It is our favorite for chicken and vegetables especially. Just be sure to turn on your kitchen fan or open a window (my smoke alarm has gone off many a time during dinner preparation!) If you want a sample recipe or two I could post my variations on some recipes.
