Last night I made the one with chutney that you put in at 550 degrees. Can't remember who posted it, I don't have a printer so just scribble down the recipes. It turned out well. With that one, it still cooks in the oven after the initial high temp. at a low temp. for several hours. I have also made the chicken from David of Chez Louis' book, which starts off really high, and have roasted lamb like that too, starting high and then turning temp. right down.
