Hot Chocolate Mix

Debbie, my recipe is the same as Nancy's EXCEPT I use a whole l lb. box of confectioners sugar instead of 1/2 - 1 cup. Nancy is right, it is delicious. However since it doesn't contain any stabilizers, you must stir it frequently to keep the mix from settling to the bottom. Linda J.
