Worcestshire Sauce or Sherry? Look on the can for the ingredients, and see if they used onions, garlic, etc. To spruce it up how about sauteing onions chopped fine, another type of FRESH mushroom, portabello, button, crimini, etc.; each would lend a flavor. Saute in 2-3 T butter. Hope this helps you. :-))
