Recipe: Mackenzie River House Vinaigrette label ingredients

Salads - Salad Dressings
I have a label off a big jar of dressing from the Kalispell restaurant. The Lable shows the following ingredients:

corn oil, tomato blend (dieced tomatoes in heavy puree , green chiles, red onions, jalapenos, green onions, cilantro, salt, spices), soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, mustard, horseradish, spice.

There you have it. You will note that the "tomato puree" is a salsa like
mixture including all the items in parentheses! And horseradish is one of the ingredients missing from other recipes posted previously ... but is definitely on their label. I am playing around with proportions. And I actually love the "creamy" version that has a small amount of either mayonnaise or sour cream in it. dianne
