Recipe: Homemade A1 Steak Sauce

Toppings - Assorted
Found this recipe in my files....it's not my recipe and the source isn't listed.I haven't made it so I can't attest to it's likeness to the real thing. Hope it works out for you.

A-1 STEAK SAUCE

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp dried grated orange peel
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp chili sauce

Combine all in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to lukewarm.

Put mixture in blender and process until pureed. Pour in bottle. Fill as close to the top as possible, leaving only a small amount of air in bottle. Cap tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 months.
