How did you prepare your pork chops?

Misc.

Molly, How did you prepare your pork chops? I've not tried stuffing them.
P.S. We had chicken broccoli supreme, green beans with new potatoes, white rice, tossed salad and blueberry cobbler. Usually Sunday night is omelete night or BLT but I felt sorry for hubby & cooked him a full blown meal.
