Recipe(tried): Molly....Chicken Broccoli Supreme

Menus

Not frozen, Hubby is too spoiled. He imagines it tastes funny if he knows it's not home-made. (His mom stayed at home and cooked but some of us moms can't do that) He's a sweetie though, gotta keep him a little spoiled. Anyway,... this is what I did:

Broccoli Chicken Supreme:
5 or 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can broccoli cheese soup
3/4 c milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese + extra

Brown chicken on both sides in oil & drain. Mix soup & milk. Add to skillet & cook approx 10 min. until chicken is done. Remove chicken & add 1 cup cheese & stir until melted. Pour sauce over chicken & sprinkle with extra chicken.

Great with rice!
