That recipe was fantastic - I have never been able to make turkey gravy, either. They also have the recipe again this year in the Woman's Day November 16, 1999 issue. I made mine two weeks ahead last year and froze. It thawed out perfectly. I think this year I'm going to double the batch - there was none left to have with the leftovers!
