I grew up in Utah

Misc.

but, there really isn't a native utah dish. I can recommend some good places
to eat, if you'd like. Where are you going? I do know that Salt Lake is the
jell-o capital of the world, and they do have great raspberries in Bear Lake.
And there is good Cache Valley Cheese, but nothing specific comes to mind.
