I have 2

Misc.
First is Homemade Pea Soup. It has to be very thick and be cooked with a ham bone. And it has to have Homemade Croutons on top.

Second is Chicken & Rice. The rice part is plain old every day Uncle Bens rice. The second part is chicken breasts that have been browned in butter, then you toss in a handful each of chopped onion, celery and fresh parsley. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add water till its halfway up the chicken. Cover and simmer for about 1/2 hour. (Depending if the bone is still in and how big they are)When the chicken is done, remove it to a separate platter, and thicken the sauce as usual. Now comes my favorite part. Ladle the gravy over the rice, being sure to get as much celery as possible :) I LOVE cooked celery.

I used to always like chicken croquettes until I found out how fattening they are! :(

I can't wait to see what everyone else likes....how about yourself behr??
