Hi Sheryl,

I just saw your message browsing through the Board Topics. So sorry I am responding late....

All of my recipes use metal or ceramic baking dishes. I do not have a clay pot, although I understand there are some delicious recipes out there using a clay pot.

As for the recipes, if you do a search and type in Gina, Fl, you will get all the recipes I have ever posted at TKL and you can then print them out.
