Hey,
I tried the cherry recipe yesterday (our cherry season happened very late this year). 25# of pitted cherries equals 12 quarts. I mixed the cinnoman in with the sugar, otherwise I got lumps. The 7 quart recipie actually made 8 quarts and 3 cups. It looks like store-bought, but tastes much better.
The rhubarb-pear filling needs to be thickened before you use it, but it tastes pretty good. I'll post again when I try the others. Thanks, GH
