Reynolds - or if not a brand name - but an address on the carton -- take the UPC off and write to them and explain the problem (s).

I had problems with plastic wrap a few years ago and I wrote to the company sending UPC and told them what the problem was and asked some questions. I got a nice reply and a coupon for a new product.

Haven't noticed foil leaking but I usually use it 'under' - for lining my pans - and sometimes for freezing. I guess I'm a 'plastic' wrap gal for the fridge. Hope you get it taken care of.
