Hi eggy - I'm so glad to hear someone else enjoys Gina's Cabana Banana Bread besides our family. I'm making loaves for several gift baskets this year. I still laugh when I remember the first time I made it. I posted the story since it was one of those humorous experiences.

I enjoy your many recipes and appreciate all those you share. Hope you and your family has a wonderful holiday.
