Dear Gina,
I'm so glad you like her cookbook! I do, too! I thought using the waxed paper was so incredibly neat! I haven't tried one recipe yet, but I'm thinking today is the day. It's rainy and kind of muggy, so there's nothing to do but stay inside and entertain myself. Her story is very inspiring, isn't it? What a great lady!
How exciting about your kitchen! Please share what you're all re-doing! We built our house 13 years ago, and my husband still calls it 'new'! I would love to redo the kitchen now that I've lived with it for so long, but I have a better chance of growing a new foot, if you catch my drift. ;) It's a pain to live through the remodel, but oh, when they're done, it's such a delight! Keep me posted on the updates, so I can get my kitchen remodeled vicariously through you!
Let me know how your muffins turn out! Enjoy the day--

Joansy
