Hey Joansy!

Thanks for lettin me on to The Muffin Lady. She just got in via the mail and Amazon.com. What a neat book and I love reading all about her history and how she came about! I want to try her Morning Glory Muffins...love her idea of using wax paper linging hte muffin tins too!

I will be posting some terrific low-fat dinners we have been enjoying lately, especially tonight's dessert, YUM!! I will have to post them tomorrow as I am dead tired from doing so much today.

We recently decided to remodel our kitchen and it is going on to 3 weeks and we finally have decided on the look and the budget and now are in the process of taking bids from contractor's, electricians, plumbers, drywall, and let's see, who else?

So, that is what I did today, besides meeting with the first contractor to see the final drawings and measurements. We will decide on who by Friday. Later on I will share the story of the process thus far and some really yummy low-fat recipes. I am just soooo tired right now... but I promise to come back.

Eat well, Gina
