Recipe(tried): Texas Roadhouse Marinade (copycat recipe)

CLOSE MARINADE TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE

I searched all over the net and the only reference I could find was in a video that said it was tomato based. I found a recipe for a shrimp marinade and made some adjustments and tried it out. My sister in law pegged it as being like Texas roadhouses without being told what I was going for. So here it is:

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup tomato sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
5 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1 tbsp fresh chopped scallions
4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Use for at least 90 minutes. The video said TR does for at least 2 hours.
