Ingrid, you've made me so hungry!!

Oh, Ingrid! That sounds like absolutely the most wonderful thing in the world. My very most favorite fruit is a raspberry and oh, how hard it is to find them. Yes, we get some here in Texas occasionally (usually at a premium price), but they are always red raspberries. They are ok, but the very, very best is the black raspberry. When I was a child in Indiana, we would have them either with sugar and a little cream or for really special occasions --raspberry pie. Oh, my!! My mother always made me raspberry pie for my birthday instead of cake because it was my very favorite. How I miss them. Oh, well, enough of that!
