Recipe: Creamy Garlic Dressing (using mayonnaise) (blender)

Salads - Salad Dressings
CREAMY GARLIC DRESSING

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth.

Serve over a tossed salad.

Yield: 3 cups
