There is a tiny little Cuban restaurant in Bradenton, Fl that serves the best roast pork sandwiches, among other things and I have wondered how they make it. It is almost as though it is fried after it is baked? Has lots of onion also. Would love to see any recipes you can share.

Also, I am wondering about sour orange. There are several orange trees in a greenbelt area surrounding my house. Some of the oranges are really sweet and others are sour. Is that the same as sour orange or just orange trees that weren't grafted or whatever. Any ideas on that?
