Hi Jeanne , Trader Joes is a fun store, but I don't shop there very often. I do like their frozen fish, though. I bet you have some similar stores in Florida.

Some of the comments from people who had made the recipe included varying the crust to a nut one, using different mustards of course, and someone had made it successfully with salmon. The kind of simple all purpose recipe I love.
