Wonderful for freezing. I live with 2 other adults and am continually making meals for 6...go figure...LOL....
Stew is a marvelous frozen meal...also any soup...even the creamed variety I have frozen with good success when reheating in the microwave. If not you clients could reheat on the stove.
I freeze everything...
