I saw your recipe for Pasta Gorgonzola with Porcini Mushrooms and it sounded superb! I was very impressed. So I did a search under your name and WOW - boy, you have some fabulous dinners! I wish I had the time to cook like that as often as you do. I was very pleased to find somebody that truly loves the same kind of foods and that obviously loves preparing them too.
