Those cookies sound fantastic Joel...

Misc.

I'm a big fan of chewy oatmeal cookies myself and I usually add raisinettes to mine to get the chocolate/raisin fix in one shot!

How did the tree turn out and how did your folks like your new place? Don't worry about having all the stuff done - I'm sure they were so happy to see the two of you, that the little details were far from important! I moved into my new house in August and getting all the decorating finished seems like a pipe dream at times. Much as I would like it all done now, I realize it's best to take my time and get exactly the look and pieces I want rather than rush and be sorry later.

Heres a virtual housewarming gift ::hands you a basket containing... a loaf of bread so you may always have food in your cupboard, a container of sugar so you may always have sweetness in your life, a tin of salt so you may always have spice in your relationship, and a bottle of wine because who cant use a glass??

Good luck with the new house and happy cooking!!

Take care :)
Julie
