Julie:Re roast marinate

Misc.

Hi Julie. I marinate overnight then remove meat from marinate and place in a pan with maybe 1/4 cup of water and bake covered in a slow 325 oven.I lived in the Artic and I always cooked caribou and venison this way.I cook all my beef roasts like this and you can also marinate steaks and then BBQ.Very good.Hope this helps, Marg
