Karen, do you mean for tortillas or recipes in general?

I am a passionate recipe collector and have 3 large boxes full of envelopes of recipes clipped from magazines and newspapers. Ever so often I have to go through and toss some to make room for new ones, there is always a stack waiting to be filed. Those clippings plus at least a couple of hundred cook books and the internet give me so many possibilites I have a tendency to try a new one rather than repeat one, but I do have a few favorites I have used for years. I will make an effort to post them when they come up.

My husband will eat anything, but still brings up a liver loaf I made when we were first married. Simmered (boiled by the time I was finished with it)liver that was ground and made into a loaf. It was pretty nasty, I admit. He has threatened to keep a list of favorites and make me repeat them more often. So many times he has really enjoyed something and never sees it again, but is totally supportive of my passion for recipes.

If there is anything in particular you have in mind, I will be glad to share. I am making an effort to post more dinner menus. I enjoy your contributions to the board and hope you will continue to visit and share with us. I love reading recipes!

BTW, I think if you use the recipe search function and type in a person's name the way it is posted and select "tried", you will get a lot of recipes that have been posted by that person.
