Does your flour tortilla recipe have non-fat dry milk powder as an ingredient? Think I have one in my files, some people swear by that. You should see my daughter-in-law's family making them! They are so fast at it, mine always look like the state of Texas, I think if you measured, their's are EXACTLY round! They fry them on a comal (sp?) in their backyard in Mexico. They wrap sizzling hot carne asada from the grill going next to the comal in them and wow! We are dining at Olive Garden tonight for a nephew's birthday, so our kitchen is closed this evening!
