Fettuccine with Vodka Sauce is something I have been wanting to make and never have. Your recipe looks great. Please continue posting your recipes, and menus also, if you care to share. The meat manager at my favorite supermarket says the same thing about lamb, perhaps it is because it is fresh, where the New Zealand is probably frozen? Just a thought on that.
