last family dinner

hi,i would love to try this lamb recipe but i dont know what courgettes and aubergines are.20 minutes for a leg of lamb seems like a very short time at 350.i live here in south texas and have visited south africa and surounding countries several times.i always enjoyed the cusine from the camps and the nice restaurants.we always stay in the carlton when we are in joburg.
