Recipe: Party Chicken (using bacon and dried beef)

PARTY CHICKEN

8 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
10 slices turkey bacon
3 jars dried beef, chopped
2 cups sour cream
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
Hot cooked rice (to serve)

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Wrap bacon around chicken.

Spread chopped, dried beef in a shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken over beef.

Combine sour cream and soup and pour over chicken.

Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.

Serve over rice.

Servings: 8
