Mexican Chicken Chili tonite..

Misc.

Hi everyone!

We had a very horrible day yesterday -- intervals of pouring rain on and off all day and so windy and dreary, seemed like a perfect soup day to me. I tried a new recipe, Mexican Chicken chili (really more a soup than a chili)... it bubbled away for five hours, filling the house with such a wonderful aroma. After smelling it for so long, I couldnt take the last hour of cooking and snuck a bowl before dinner - heaven! So good that we are having it again tonite, baking some sesame crusted breadsticks and tossing a salad to go with it. My daughter and I made some halloween jello jigglers for dessert.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Take care :)
Julie
