Moist Turkey Tip

Misc.

Here's a turkey trick I've been using for years. It is a truly amazing way to make the moistest turkey you will ever taste and I swear it does not change the taste of the turkey in ANY WAY WHATSOEVER!

I do not stuff the turkey before cooking. I always cook the stuffing outside the turkey and that is essential for this to work.

Instead, stuff the turkey with ORANGES cut in half. Leave the peels right on, just cut them in half. Use a ratio of one full orange for every five pounds of bird.

For some reason this keeps the turkey amazingly juicy and I promise you, your turkey will not taste or smell like oranges.
