Recipe(tried): Moist Turkey Tip

I like your idea....I haven't put stuffing in turkey for years.....I have filled the cavity with celery, carrots and onions and sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper....with this method I have an extra side dish of veggies for the table....

I fix a bread pudding type of stuffing.....saute celery and onions in butter (yes, butter makes the difference for this),a loaf of fresh cheap white bread processed in food processor in fine crumbs, add onions, celery, eggs and turkey or chicken borth and mix well (it will be very pudding-like) put in buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees till set.....it is very different than a dryer dressing....Hope you will try it...
