Recipe: Orange Salsa (using tomato and ginger)

Toppings - Salsas
ORANGE SALSA

2 large oranges, peeled and diced
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1/3 cup minced red onion
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger root
1/2 teaspoon finely minced jalapeno, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill, covered, until ready to serve.

Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
