Molly - Re: HATE BLUEBERRIES

Misc.

Hi Molly -
My hubby is a blueberry freak; I used to buy them just for him. Then one day I got a real deal on some, and decided to can them. The first batch of fresh blueberry jam was great, so I decided to use the rest and double the recipe for jam. Unfortunately, I ended up with blueberry syrup. Then, surprisingly, my kids decided to taste it, and they were hooked on it.
The point of this is: Get a recipe to cook up some fresh blueberries, and you may find that there's a difference. Just a thought. It sure turned our family's taste toward them.
