Recipe: Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing (using ranch dressing)

SPINACH SALAD

1/2 pound spinach, stems removed and leaves torn up
1/4 pound bacon, diced
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Original Flavor

Wash spinach leaves and drain; set aside.

Fry bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels; save drippings.

Fill a bowl with spinach and arrange bacon, egg and tomato on top.

Heat bacon drippings until hot and add salad dressing. Stir until warmed through. Pour over spinach salad.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
