Monday and Tuesday Nights At Our House

Terry and I must have thought alike on Monday. We had Mexican food, too. We had fajitas on Monday night and I served them with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, grated cheese, and potato salad. On Tuesday morning, I put some steak, a package of Birdseye Pepper Strips (yellow, red, and green bell peppers), onions, a large can of cream of chicken soup, and 1 package of dry onion soup mix into the crockpot along with 1/4 cup of water. It cooked all day and I served this beef and gravy mixture over noodles. We also had peas, sweet tea with lemon, and poundcake.
