Mozzarella curds
Misc.I don't know if you get back to this since you posted a while ago but I've found
a source for mozzarella curds. Egg Farm Dairy in upstate New York. They have a
web site - can't remember the address but do a search. I'd recommend using the
curds - I tried making mozzarella a few months back .... what a bomb. good
luck.
