ISO: tordilli
Misc.I am looking for 2 things. First is the "curd" used to make mazzarella cheese. wherre do I buy it or how do I make it. The second is an Italian nut roll made mostly at holidays that contains wine in the dough, rolled out in a square like a won ton wrapper, filled with rasins and nuts that have been soaked in wine and honey. Next they are deep fried, after they cool they are dipped in honey with a little water added to create foam. I know how but not how much. I would appreciate it if I could find the recipe or something similar with similar ingrediants.
